Just watched Lord of the Rings: The Return Of The King
My gawd.....
THE best film in the Trilogy and THE best film I've seen in a very long time.
The Battle scenes were a million times better then the battle for Helmsdeep.
Can't wait to see this movie as a special edition DVD.

What Have I Been Doing?

Been Bloody busy the past month now that I have had no time to update this site or check my emails.
but I'm online for the day, and hopefully will be back full time (well semi f/t) in the new year.
Alot has happened the last few weeks, some good, some not so good.

Well for starters, my new job at Natural World, which is going great so far.
I get to work with a good bunch of people and the job is fun as well, made alot of good friends here.
let's just hope it lasts and I get a full time job out of it (the job is only for xmas)
Special mention to my mates at work - Donna, Chris, Laura, Carrie, Kelly, Mo, Rob, Tracy, Jodie, Andre, Sam.
The Natural World Posse Rules !!!

We had our Xmas work party last week at Lloyds bar, which was a very good evening.
Everyone got drunk (some more then others) and it was a laugh.

I've also been working alot more shifts at Just Flowers,
so working weekdays at Natural World and weekends at the Florists, I'm bloody tired mostly.
Can't wait until I get paid (which is at the end of the month)

I'm still getting over the flu/cold that I have had for about a month now, I'm down to the final stage which is the cough which can be a pain in the ass, as I don't sleep that well cuz of it.

A bit of damn good Sci-Fi news for you....Farscape is coming back to TV !!! WHOO~FRELLING~HOO!!!
It's about frelling time, one of the best TV Shows ever...I'm a happy sad fanboy now hahaha

Melanie (as far as I know) has now moved to Leeds, which is even more further away from me then Lincoln was.
Hopefully I will get to see her at some point in the not too distant future.
Lets just hope she will be happy there.

Went out drinking the other week with some mates from work, went over to Yates for the night.
while I was there, I bumped into an old mate of mine from my days at UCI Cinemas, we got chatting about the old days and what we are doing now with ourselves, when he came out with a bombshell, that fucking shocked me to the core.
another friend of mine Gary, who while I was working there, was one of my best friends (we lost contact during the two year absence while I was a hermit), well the news was that he died last year with lung cancer....fucking lung cancer...He was only 24 years old for fuck's sake...Ok...Fair enough, he smoked like a fucking chimney...But that's not the point.
At the time I was working for UCI. Both of us including Swoz, Hannah, Laura, & Angela were gonna get a house together to share. But it all fell thru due to unforeseen circumstances.
but maybe in an alternate reality, it would have been damn good.
anyway, where ever you are Gary, I just hope you are happy.

On to something a bit good now,
My Penpal Candy (who is a total sweetheart) texted me the other night, a very sweet babe, Merry Crimbo Hun.

Went up to London last week with Sarah,Martin, & Phil to the launch party of PSX 2 game - Ghosthunter,
It was a good evening, free food and drink, the game looked good, had a chat with alot of people.
Sarah was not feeling too well, so we left early (she was a bit moody on the way back home)
but not a bad evening, it did make me think about several things, about my future with GHUK.
but my mind was made up on Saturday about that.
James was made a member of GHUK, but mates or not, I told Sarah that I did not want him as part of the group, but as always she would not listen (her mistake), so when he came over to tell me the "good" news, I knew what I had to do.
things between me and the group have been strained since their "witchhunt" a few months ago, and I have felt I could not trust them as much I used to, plus the fact that we have not done any Investigations in a while, met up in a social aspect, or done any follow thru with our hunts, like we used to.
so with my mind made up, I emailed Sarah, after having an interesting chat with Martin, and I have quit.
No longer am I a member of GhostHunters UK.
It is a bloody shame, as I did enjoy being a member, but next year things are changing for me.
If you are reading this Sarah, or any other member of GHUK, I wish the best for you, you five (Sarah, Martin, Simon, Alison, Lorraine) helped me alot this year, you brought me back from the brink of the abyss that I was in (if you knew it or not) and I will always hold a special place for you in my heart. If we continue being friends or not is down to you. But best wishes for the future. xxxxx

Planning on setting up a new website in the new year, maybe a replacement to Para-United, I don't know yet.
working title so far is Paranormal Rising. The Para-United website/message board is pretty much dead and nearly buried, the message board is even using an old style layout, I've seen other paranormal websites out there, and they are fucking sweet as anything, while we are in the stone age.
It's a shame as we used to be one of the best European paranormal sites out there.

I'm still working out ideas for BlackCat Press as well, which should be launched in the fall of '04
and then there's WitchBoy.Com, which is going to be my main website.

so methinks I will be a busy lil witch next year.
then there's also the fact that I'm thinking of moving home again as well.
either stay in MK or move elsewhere, Hastings maybe?
Don't know why Hastings,
maybe cuz I was watching Foyle's war on TV the other night and that's where it's based.
and I still would love to move to York as well.

Just using a friend's computer at the moment as I have repair men in my flat again to sort out the boiler and pipe work, and it's a bloody pain in the ass.
